RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned or exchanged but must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging!
You have 14 days since the moment of reception your order to return the same. We recommend you to proceed the returns on the first 7 days after your orders is received, to guarantee that the same arrives in our warehouse within the time limit.
The purchased items must be returned in the original condition in which you received them, accompanied by the respective invoice. After the reception of your order, we will proceed to the cancelation of the same, refund of the amount you have paid and/or exchange for a different model or size, depending on the type of problem which led to its return.
The shipment of return package will be the client’s responsibility as well as all consequent costs. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we pledge to replace the item without any additional charge or refund the item.
To submit a Return request, you should contact us according to the instructions on the bottom of this page, so we can schedule a picking of the items at your address. The shipping company we work with, will be in charge to do the picking of your products and ship them to our warehouse, without any additional cost for your.
- The exchange for another item and/or size is subjected to the existing stock at the moment of your return request;

- For returns from the Azores islands or Madeira you must contact us by phone or email to be informed about shipping conditions.

We’ll reply to your request between 48h to 72h; The return will be guaranteed only after reviewing the products. After our team of experts review your return, we’ll refund your money and/or change the product and ship a new order.
